Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Everything on this page, with no limit on receipts and no card to sign up.
What happens to my receipts if that changes?
They stay yours. You can download the whole year as the packet at any time, and delete your account and everything in it from Settings.
How is the “back” figure worked out?
It is the deductible amount times your combined marginal rate. That rate adds up self-employment tax, your federal bracket after the 20% qualified business income deduction, and your state’s 2026 schedule, including New York City and county taxes where they apply. It’s an estimate for your records, not a filing figure or tax advice.
Will it connect to my bank?
No, and it won’t ask. You add the expenses that are for the business, with a photo, a screenshot or by hand.
Who can see my receipts?
You, and the small team that runs Reimburse when we need to answer a question or fix something. Receipts are stored privately in your account, and they aren’t sold, shared with advertisers or used to train models.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, it’s made for the phone first. Open it in Safari or Chrome and add it to your home screen, and it opens like any other app, camera included.
Your first receipt, in under a minute.
Five questions set your rate. Then point the camera at anything you bought for the business.
