Reimburse stores what you give it: your receipts, the expenses you log, the five answers that set your rate, and your email. Receipts are read by an AI model to fill in the fields; the photo and the model’s reading are kept so you can correct them.

Your data is yours. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train models. It is stored with Supabase in the United States. The small team that runs Reimburse can see your account, including your expenses and receipts, to answer your questions, fix problems and understand how the product is used. Nobody else can. Emails are sent through Resend.

On the public pages and the way in (sign-up, sign-in and the first five questions) we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn’t identify you and is never on the pages that show your expenses. One cookie of our own remembers which page or ad brought you here, like a page for photographers or a campaign name, for 60 days; if you open an account it is saved with it, so Reimburse can set itself up for your work.

You can export everything as a year-end packet, and you can delete your account in Settings, which removes every row and every photo.
